Shipping Policy
At La Rose we want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely. Below is our shipping information:
1. Shipping costs:
- Free shipping on your first order!
- The costs for shipping with DHL are €6.45 & for PostNL this is €6.95 (All orders are shipped with tracking number + registered)
- For orders above €100,- we do not charge shipping costs. Please note this is only valid for orders within the Netherlands + Belgium!
2. Shipping Methods:
- We ship your order with PostNL & DHL.
3. Delivery times:
- After receiving your order we will process it within 24 hours.
- Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1-2 working days.
- For international shipments, delivery time may vary. Please contact us for more information.
4. Track & Trace:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the package.
5. Shipping problems:
- If your package has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will be happy to help you.
6. Special shipping options:
- For special occasions or seasonal peaks, shipping times may be longer. We recommend placing your order early.
